Restaurant Manager

We are looking for one manager for new restaurant in Pissouri (accommodation can be provided) and one for new restaurant in Limassol.

 

1. General Responsibilities.

- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff

- Managing budgets

- Planning menus

- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation/guidelines

- Promoting and marketing the business

- Overseeing stock levels

- Ordering supplies

- Managing staff rotas

- Handling customer enquiries and complaints

- Taking reservations and orders

- Greeting and advising customers

- Problem solving

- Preparing and presenting staffing and sales reports

- Keeping statistical and financial records

- Assessing and improving profitability

- Setting targets

- Handling of administration and paperwork

- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities,

and sales representatives

- Improving the running of the business and the development of the business

 

2. Primary Responsibilities.

- Overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant, and the management of the restaurant employees

- Daily supervision of the restaurant employees

- Managing operations with high emphasis on customer service and maintaining the restaurant’s standards and quality

- Assist in the marketing strategies to maximize results and increase sales

- Will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- Build and modify compensation plans to motivate employees

- Overseeing the interviewing, hiring, and training of all employees

- Overseeing food service and administrative duties

- Management of payrolls, licensing, supply ordering, inspections, and all documentation required by the restaurant

Waiter

1 waiter for a running restaurant in Pissouri and 2-3 for new one in Limassol. You must be responsible and nice to guests.
